infoteam has approved the annual financial statements for the financial year 2008. The company achieved net sales totalling 6.1 million Euro in the financial year 2008 which represents an increase of 32.2 % when compared to the previous year (net sales 2008: 4.3 million Euro). Therefore infoteam exceeded the sales and profit forecasts that had been drawn up and closed its most successful financial year since its foundation in 1983.

With an annual net income of 0.36 million Euro in 2008, a variance of 150.7 % was achieved. The share value of the company increased accordingly from factor 5.52 to 6.69. For 2009 infoteam is aiming for net sales totalling 7.0 million Euro. In view of the very positive business trend and stable order position, this moderate increase of 10 % is more than realistic.

The Swiss subsidiary infoteam Software AG can also look back at a successful financial year. With net sales totalling SFr 3.6 million in 2008 the company was able to record an increase of 22.7 % in the books. The company with its headquarters in Stäfa is aiming for a turnover totalling SFr 4.2 million in 2009.

infoteam Software currently employs 105 people throughout the world who are involved in the development of software.
