Quality management (QM) has been meaning more than a word to infoteam Software – for over eight years. The company is certified acc. to ISO 9001 since 2002. The yearly audit results state that infoteam’s QM-system has been installed onto the current standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and has been inplemented professionally.

The auditing company TAW Cert confirmed the standard‘s active integration in daily operations. Employees as well as the infoteam management are contributing continuously to its optimisation. All QM-processes are projected in an intranet-based application – the electronic project code of practise (EPLF) – for all employees. Herein every aspect is taken into account: from the first customer contact to software developement and quality testing until delivery and final buy-off. You get an ideal insight in internal processes.

Certification acc. to ISO 9001 is essential in many business fields, especially to many major infoteam customers – manufacturers of medical devices or safety-critical applications for the automation or power industry.
