today we released SmartPLC Embedded Runtime System version 6.2.1
This “Hot Fix” only resolves the CRQ 2009/0571 “Crash of NCC x86 when using string delete function”.

For details about the CRQ and the corresponding modifications please see the readme file in the subdirectory “doc” of the package.

From Dec24 until Jan6, most of infoteam will be on Christmas holiday. The Supportline will continue to respond to email messages during that time, but please understand that resources are lower than typically during these days.

Infoteam will be completely closed during the public holidays, which are
Dec24, Dec25, Dec26, Dec 31, Jan1 and Jan6

Due to server infrastructure maintenance supportline is closed on Dec29

OpenPCS 6.3.0 is available for download.
It contains new features, such as:

• Ladder Editor supports variable status

To avoid switching to UCODE while online, the ladder editor now
supports variable status

• Optimization of array access with constant index


• Keep values of forced variables after logoff

OpenPCS 6.2.1 is available for download.
It contains new features, such as:

• Support of print forms

Print forms now are based on SVG
Print forms may be created by OEMs using a SVG editor like scribus

• CFC:

Replacing compound blocks by regular blocks
Negate of all boolean inputs possible

... plus many fixed CRQs, inlcuding SmartSIM 32 MB, a Hotkey for Monitor/Edit, constant values are now visible in FBD, enhanced error positioning in CFC, Ladder POUs can now be saved on Chinese WindowsXP, NCC86 for 4 byte alignment, corrections for online edit with PLCs using Motorola format and more...
