What we do for you:

infoteam provides support service, including the error correction for the benefit of our Licensee and its subsidiaries worldwide on the highest level set forth in the OEM contract.

infoteam provides the support service in a professional and workmanlike manner using all reasonable skill and care and complies with the applicable advanced industry practices.

Any services, functions or responsibilities which are reasonably required for the proper performance and provision of the support service will be provided.

Supportline

In case of need for individual advice, infoteam offers his customers the opportunity of addressing its problems directly to one of infoteam's consultants via email, phone or fax.

Looking up our support page on the web may answer your questions immediately. Sometimes, the solution to your question may already be available as an improvement of a product in the form of a patch. You can download service packs directly from the internet. These are available for the Programming System, Development Package and other products.


infoteam's support offers help if things get out of order!

Downloads

infoteam offers free internet services for its customers. The support page on the web contains newly available information. All available Versions, Upgrades and Updates of the Software are provided for downloads and are included in the Service fee.

Documentation

The documentation supplied to Licensee will be modified in the case of program updating and program improvements as far as necessary. Licensee is entitled to reproduce and distribute Updates, Upgrades, and new Versions to its end users.

Software enhancements

Any support service will be provided for the respective most current version for free:

  • Version has significant new code or significant new function for the Software and the Version number is signified by the initial number before the point of a product number.
  •  
  • Upgrade includes significant improvement of the Software and is identified by incremented middle index.
  •  
  • Update fixes a defect of the Software and may include non-significant improvements, indicated by the least significant patch index.

We provide a telephone consulting service in the case of questions during the following business hours CET:
